Strength & Courage: Exercises for Breast Cancer Survivors

Developed by breast cancer survivors and medical experts, the Strength & Courage: Exercises for Breast Cancer Survivors program strives to enhance your ability to lead an active life following breast cancer surgery.

An integral part of any breast cancer rehabilitation program, Strength and Courage guides you through a stretching and weight training regimen that can be started the day after surgery. It also includes guidelines for aerobic exercise, which has been proven to reduce breast cancer recurrence. Learn more about exercising after breast cancer surgery.

Since 2008, over 18,000 copies have been distributed in all U.S. states and 18 countries.

Strength & Courage DVD is available for free through many breast cancer treatment centers in Western PA
