The Strength & Courage DVD is also available in bulk quantities for physicians, nurses and physical therapists to give to breast cancer patients after surgery. Whether the woman had a lumpectomy or mastectomy, a sentinel node biopsy or axillary node dissection, she will benefit from the exercises in Strength & Courage. Dr. Gretchen Ahrendt, a breast cancer surgeon at Magee-Womens Hospital who has treated breast cancer patients for over 10 years, recently shared with Dr. Cowden that the DVD is very beneficial for her patients.
